Process sensitive financial and personal data accurately and confidentially. Manage shared mailboxes, telephone enquiries, and customer queries. Process invoices and high-value compensation payments. Ensure compliance with data protection and internal procedures. Support team meetings, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience handling sensitive financial and personal information. Experience working with financial processes, invoicing, or payments. Knowledge of SharePoint or similar systems. Please note that period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately require an additional overseas police check, this will be the responsibility of the candidate to provide.
