What You\’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers over the phone, email, and SMS – no script reading, just real conversations.
• Finding solutions for customers, always with fairness and empathy.

• Location: Southampton Central (right by the train station!)
• Hours: 37.5 per week, shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM*, typically 1 Saturday per month & 1 bank holiday per year (*subject to business growth)
