Sales Experience Required

The Role

We are looking for a driven Client Success Manager with proven sales experience to grow revenue across our lapsed and existing accounts. This role blends relationship management with proactive selling - owning accounts, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service while representing the brand at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales revenue within the house client base
  • Act as the main point of contact and deliver first-contact resolution
  • Chase quotes, close orders, and secure deposits and balance payments
  • Manage orders end-to-end, including shipping updates and follow-ups
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
  • Maximise touchpoints using approved sales techniques
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times
  • Support and attend domestic and international trade shows

About You

  • Proven sales experience (essential)
  • Confident communicator by phone and email
  • Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
  • Highly organised and KPI-driven
  • Working fully onsite in East Sussex, this role is 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm for 2 months while training then the hours will be 11am - 9pm
