This is a very exciting new opportunity to join a progressive, well established and forward thinking company.
Your main objective will be to support the Business Development Manager - dealing with all aspects of sales support including customer enquiries, product queries, marketing requirements, client account management and planning, preparing and attending trade fairs with the BDM.
At least 2 year's sales support or office coordination experience is required for this position. You must have excellent administration and presentation skills, be a confident and diligent person who is able to retain information, be an excellent communicator with common sense and be an experienced user of CRM system along with all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Your duties will include some of the following responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with customers via email/phone and zoom
- Plan and attend meetings in person and virtually
- Create product presentations
- Action customer queries relating to products
- Respond to all website enquiries
- Research, identify and help convert new business.
