As a Children\’s Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care that meets the physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs of children with complex emotional and behavioural challenges, mental health disorders, and additional needs. You\’ll be part of a team committed to therapeutic approaches and restorative practices, helping children thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to undertake)
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Understanding of child development and challenging behaviour
  • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships
  • Willingness to work unsocial hours including weekends, nights, and bank holidays
