This is a Case Administrator role. Applicant must have excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills (including O365 applications such as Outlook, TEAMS, Word and Excel); exceptional resilience; be able to operate in a fast-paced, challenging, risk-orientated environment; and be able to respond quickly and confidently to competing demands. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective administration and following processes to achieve clearly defined outcomes. Team work and the ability to work both independently is essential. Some reception cover may be required on a rotational basis. Vetting to standard EL1 will be undertaken by NPS, prior to start.
