Location: Cardiff (Head Office)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30
Salary: Β£24,638 - Β£26,780

A well-established training provider is seeking a Youth Tutor to deliver engaging sessions, mentor learners, and support their development through the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, learner-focused training sessions
- Support young people through their individual learning journeys
- Help learners achieve qualifications and progress into employment or further education
- Plan lessons and provide meaningful feedback
- Work within the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) framework
What You'll Need
- Experience working with young people, especially NEET learners
- Background in tutoring, training, or mentoring
- Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)
- Ability to engage, motivate and support learners
