What You'll Need

  • Experience working with young people, especially NEET learners
  • Background in tutoring, training, or mentoring
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)
  • Ability to engage, motivate and support learners
