About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care. You will provide structured guidance, assess workplace evidence, and help learners achieve their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
- Travel to workplaces across the region for assessments
- Create Individual Learning Plans and track progress
- Maintain accurate records for compliance
- Contribute to performance targets and learner success
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Occupational experience in Health & Social Care
- QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- DBS check (cost covered)
Desirable:
- Welsh language skills
- Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
- EWC registration or prior training experience
