Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Coleraine to recruit a number of Accountants – these can be experienced or newly qualified accountants In this role you will be tasked with providing a high-quality accounting service to a wide range of clients which will cover both management and financial accounts. This hands on technical and added value role will allow you to utilise extensive technical skills along with the softer side of account management. You will work with a growing and well qualified team of accounting professionals and be encouraged to learn and develop new skills and attributes. Responsibilities include: Assisting with accounts preparation Tax preparation for income, corporate & VAT returns from information provided by clients Review of tax computations and tax returns for client businesses and individuals as required Responding to client queries and giving advice accordingly Managing external and internal compliance to meet deadlines Corporation tax returns Preparation of quarterly tax reporting Criteria: Qualified accountant ACCA Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel Strong communication and interpersonal, skills Previous accountancy practice experience in a similar role Experience with accounting systems / software and strong general IT skills Real team-player – ability to perform well as part of a small team Professionalism – ability to communicate well with professionals at executive-level Excellent opportunity to work for one of the top 11 companies in Northern Ireland Excellent opportunities for distinct career progression Salary will be based on skills/ experience Please send CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply link Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
