New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and well-established housebuilder renowned for creating high-quality homes across South Wales.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home.

You'll guide customers through every stage of the journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on available homes and developments.
  • Conduct show home and site tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised service from first contact through to handover.
  • Manage the full sales process, including reservations, sales progression, and completions.
  • Follow up leads promptly and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up to date with local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to continually develop product knowledge and sales skills.

About You

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people find their dream home.

You will have

  • Previous experience working for a housebuilder or within New Homes sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales success.
