New Homes Sales Advisor

The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home.

You'll guide customers through every stage of the journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on available homes and developments.

Conduct show home and site tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised service from first contact through to handover.

Manage the full sales process, including reservations, sales progression, and completions.

Follow up leads promptly and maintain accurate customer records.

Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and drive sales performance.

Stay up to date with local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Attend training sessions and sales meetings to continually develop product knowledge and sales skills.

About You
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people find their dream home.

You will have: Previous experience working for a housebuilder or within New Homes sales.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

A full UK driving licence.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales success.

Competitive salary of
£28,000 - £32,000
depending on experience.
