Job Title: Aftersales Advisor

Location: Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: Basic salary around £29,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our team at our Norwich branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in a similar role who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer vehicles are repaired and serviced to manufacturer standards within agreed time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, additional work required, and service updates, ensuring exceptional customer care
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range and competitor offerings
• Allocate jobs to Technicians according to skill set to maximise efficiency
• Ensure all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Oversee vehicle care during the service process, ensuring cars are cleaned and valeted before customer handover
