Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Support Worker to join our public sector client based in Liverpool. This is a temporary assignment for 12 months with a view to extend beyond this date.
Job description:
This role is a bespoke Support Worker position. The Support Worker will be expected to act as a source of support for an existing Senior Probation Officer. Duties will involve; diary management, inbox management, excellent ability to prioritise workloads, inputting sensitive data onto Probation systems as well as additional ADHOC duties that are required to ensure a consistent level of support is offered to the individual.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of Microsoft Office Packages
Able to prioritise workloads
Knowledge of fatigue standards and legislation would be an advantage
