Wellbeing Practitioner Qualifications and Education Brook Street are looking for a qualified Wellbeing Practitioner to join one of our clients on a temporary, part-time basis. Pay: £37,099.00 (Pro rata- £20.33) Location: Cardiff Type: Temporary 6 months, part-time, hours are negotiable Candidates need one of the following qualifications or relevant practice experience: A recognised professional qualification at diploma level or equivalent (e.g., BACP or BABCP accredited course). A degree or PG Diploma in, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Therapeutic Counselling. A Low Intensity Worker/Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Qualification. Key Responsibilities Professional Wellbeing Service: Offer a comprehensive and evidence-based wellbeing service, providing therapeutic interventions and advising management on how wellbeing challenges affect performance. You\’ll lead your area within a stepped care framework as part of our Counselling Health and Wellbeing Service. Case Management: Handle a diverse range of complex student wellbeing issues, ensuring timely support is provided. Identify and analyse common issues, using your judgement and creativity to determine the best interventions, especially for those who have experienced trauma.
