Team Manager – Autism Specialist Outreach Service, London E17 Key Information Job Type : Permanent Location : E17, Walthamstow Salary : £37,263.00 per annum Contract Hours : Full-time About the Role Our client is recruiting for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Team Manager with extensive experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is keen to use their coaching and mentoring skills while upholding high standards in service delivery. You will lead an Autism Outreach Service that supports individuals across seven London Boroughs, helping them live at home with family or in supported living environments. Strong collaboration with family members and other stakeholders will be essential. The role requires managing and motivating a staff team to provide creative, flexible, and person-centered services that enable individuals to thrive and be active members of their community. You will be supported by two deputy managers to lead a large team of outreach support workers, ensuring that the service maintains the highest quality of care and support.
