Working for an established and reputable provide of care and support to people with learning disability, complex needs, mental health and brain injury we are seeking a Team Manager to work across 2 Supported Living services in Carlisle. The role: You will oversee the effective management and leadership of two services across for adults with learning disability and some complex needs including medical and mental health issues Provide the support and management of staff within each service, ensuring the smooth running of the services You will be involved with and attend MDT meetings, financial audits, risk assessments, rota planning.
