Brook Street Social Care are proud to be working with a children’s residential service provider within the area of Wirral, Merseyside. A service provider who creates homes where young people feel safe, loved and supported in all aspects of their emotional, physical, and educational development – homes, where young people thrive. We are seeking to recruit Residential Children Support Workers to be a crucial part to the team within the home, support children and young people, dealing with emotional behavioural difficulties and behaviours that challenge. What are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you will be required to have a minimum of 6 months or more experience within a similar setting and have a full understanding and knowledge around mental health. We are most interested in who you are as a person. We are looking for people who personify our values – people who are loving, compassionate, clever and creative. We need individuals who can build supportive relationships with teenagers and will be good advocates and role models for them.
