My esteemed and well respected client is launching a new supported living and residential service for young adults with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex needs in Wolverhampton. They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead this innovative service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the supported living and residential service. Ensure compliance regulations and standards. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each resident. Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals.
