Quality Engineer

Permanent Role – Quality Engineer We are a dynamic and high growth manufacturing business serving global markets through OEM partnerships, direct field sales and distribution partnerships. To continue our strong growth history, we are seeking an adaptable individual to join our energetic and growing team at our Alness facility. Please note this post is based in the Highlands, north area of Scotland. The Quality Engineer\’s role will require a hands-on approach to work directly with our team under minimal supervision to contribute to the continual improvement of existing products and processes. Conduct investigations, root cause analysis and report conclusions and recommendations. We expect this person to have an eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset to satisfactorily closeout projects and investigations in a positive and timely manner. Job Functions include but are not limited to: In this position you will have the opportunity to: Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodology to define process capability, monitor and improve quality. Support in the areas of root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) for product, process problems. Maintain QEHS metrics including right first time (RFT) and customer complaints (CC).
