Brook Street Social Care have some exciting new opportunities for Project Workers ! Permanent roles, 37 hours per week, Manchester based. Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Project Worker to offer and provide support to vulnerable adults in the community? Do you have strong values and work in a person-centred way? If so we want to hear from you! Working for an established organisation, and innovative community project who provide support to people with learning disability and mental health issues. The role: To work with and support adults with learning disability, mental health issues and other additional needs. Lone working, you will be offering daily support to help promote independent living to adults who may present with behaviours that challenge. Support with dally activities which may include walking, football, music, fun days out and more! Build positive and professional relationships with the people being supported.
