Learner Support Coordinator Abergavenny & Abertillery £23,566PA Brook Street are excited to be offering an opportunity for a Learner Support Coordinator to join our client, an \’Investor in People\’ platinum award winning organisation. As a Learner Support Coordinator within the JGW+ program, your responsibility will be to conduct learner progress reviews, ensuring the continuous development and success of the learners. You will play an important role of recognising areas of improvement, providing guidance and offering support to achieve learners ILP. The Role: Regularly check how JGW+ learners are doing, looking at their progress, successes, and any problems they face in reaching their goals. Give learners one-on-one support based on their progress to help them stay on track in the programme. Work with learners to set achievable goals and create action plans. Keep track of their progress and adjust plans if needed. Communicate clearly and work closely with the JGW+ team and other relevant people to provide joined-up support for learners. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of each learner\’s progress using digital tools and systems.
