If so, we want to hear from you. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Housing First Project Workers / Floating Support Workers to join our team in Southend. This is a rewarding role that makes a real difference to people's lives every day.
About the Role:
You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals in their own homes or temporary accommodation as part of our Housing First model. You will also deliver floating support to people across the community, empowering them to maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and build independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 holistic support to individuals with complex needs
- Help service users sustain their accommodation and reduce the risk of eviction
