Shift pattern: Monday-Friday 0900 – 1700 Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to work on behalf of a leading Public Sector Organisation to source an Executive Officer on a temporary-ongoing basis within the Infrastructure and Capital Development department based in Ballymena. The Executive Officer will work within the Financial Support area of the business stream General Office Administrative duties will include (and are not limited to): Checking and completion of all sales invoices as well as the creation of credit notes Manage the receipt and coding of all income Provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet, and internet facilities.
