What You\’ll Be Doing:

Providing Compassionate Care – Support and guide young residents with personalised care, helping them through daily challenges.

Being a Positive Role Model – Inspire young people as you advocate for their growth and development, encouraging them to reach their potential.

Team Collaboration – Work with a dedicated, close-knit team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each young person in your care.

What We\’re Looking For:

Passion for Supporting Young People – If you\’re committed to making a difference in the lives of young people, this role is for you!

Strong Communication Skills – You\’ll be building meaningful relationships with young people and your team.

Flexibility – Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Physical Fitness – Ready to get involved in fun, active activities with young people.

Over the Age of 21 – Due to the nature of the role.

Experience/Knowledge – Experience in child protection or knowledge of child development is a bonus, but not a must.
