These young people face complex challenges, and your role will be to guide, support, and empower them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. What You\’ll Do: Be a keyworker providing consistency and support for young people, helping them feel safe and valued. Advocate and support each individual with kindness, respect, and compassion. Safeguard and challenge the young people when necessary, helping them develop life skills and resilience. Administer medication and maintain thorough, accurate records. Write care plans and reports to track progress and provide tailored support. Lead educational, recreational, and physical activities to encourage growth and development. Ensure all actions align with Children\’s Homes Regulations 2015 to maintain high standards of care. Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekdays: Monday-Friday (7:30 am – 2:45 pm / 2:15 pm – 11:00 pm) Fortnightly Weekend Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 am – 1:15 pm / 1:15 pm – 11:00 pm) What We\’re Looking For: Passion for Care: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people.
