About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care that meets the physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs of children with complex emotional and behavioural challenges, mental health disorders, and additional needs. You’ll be part of a team committed to therapeutic approaches and restorative practices, helping children thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
