What You'll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day running of the home. Recruiting, developing and leading your own staff team. Ensuring Ofsted compliance and outstanding safeguarding standards. Delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. Building strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals. What We're Looking For Children's Residential Care experience is essential. Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Standards. Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or working towards. Please note: Due to Ofsted requirements, candidates with Supported Living-only experience cannot be considered.
