Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual with previous experience working in a similar setting. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our residents, helping them navigate their recovery journey and address their addiction issues. This role requires a strong understanding of addiction, homelessness, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Care: Provide emotional support, guidance, and care to residents, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Addiction Support: Assist residents in accessing addiction services, including counseling and rehabilitation programs.
- Housing Support: Help residents with housing-related tasks, such as finding permanent accommodation and maintaining tenancies.
