Purpose of Role: We are seeking a dedicated Support & Engagement Worker to join our team, working directly with service users to enhance their social, emotional, mental, and physical development and wellbeing. This role serves as a vital first point of contact, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations while reducing social exclusion. Key Responsibilities: Service Support: Provide responsive and effective support tailored to the needs of service users. Offer practical advice and assistance that aligns with individual support plans. Administration: Regularly review and update support plans and risk assessments. Maintain comprehensive records of support services provided. Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with policies and procedures. Accommodation Management: Conduct property inductions for new service users. Perform welfare checks to ensure properties are well-maintained (cleanliness, repairs, etc.). Multi-Agency Collaboration: Liaise with external organisations and stakeholders to coordinate support services. Refer service users to appropriate support agencies as needed. Reporting To: Support Service Managers, Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Manager.
