We are currently recruiting for: Secure Support Worker Hours of work: 38 hours per week Location of role: St Helens, Merseyside Salary range: £24,909 – £27,317 per year, pro rata Secure Care Worker – Join Our Team and Make a Difference We are a nationwide provider of secure and open care facilities, dedicated to supporting young people aged 10-17 in crisis. Our primary mission is to protect and support these young individuals through their challenges, guiding them toward a brighter future. We are currently recruiting Secure Care Workers who will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and respectful care to the children and young people in our services. This role will involve a variety of duties, with a primary focus on either intervention work or activity work, depending on your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding care to young people in a secure environment, offering protection and guidance through times of crisis. Support young people in achieving the best outcomes, focusing on areas such as education, health, independence, and building self-confidence. Foster an environment of optimism, compassion, and respect while recognizing and addressing the individual struggles that young people face.
