We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join the team within a solo placement home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Nelson, Lancashire.

Essential requirements for a Children\’s Residential Support Worker
- A minimum 6 months experience in a children\’s residential care home
- Ideally hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
