About You
- We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Practitioner who brings:
- Solid literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to complete the qualification (we'll cover the course fees).
- Recent experience working with children or young people who present emotional or behavioural challenges - this could be through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, teamwork, and emotional resilience.
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
