Salary: £26,421 - £28,770 (pro rata for part-time)

Potential Earnings: £29,817 - £32,419 (including enhancements)

About You

  • We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Practitioner who brings:
  • Solid literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to complete the qualification (we'll cover the course fees).
  • Recent experience working with children or young people who present emotional or behavioural challenges - this could be through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience.
  • Strong communication, active listening, teamwork, and emotional resilience.
  • Flexibility to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
