- Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it - we’ll cover the costs!).

- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
