We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care branch in Newport.

  • Oversee the delivery of home care services to adults in the community
  • Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies
  • Manage and support a team of care coordinators and care staff
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential)

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent (essential)
