About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new four-bedroom children\’s residential home within an established service. The home supports young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including those who may display challenging behaviour. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment and building strong, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the home\’s operations in line with regulatory requirements
Recruit, supervise, and develop a skilled staff team
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and care standards
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and key working programmes
Promote engagement with education and support young people to achieve their aspirations
Foster a culture of trust, fairness, and safety
Essential Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children\’s Health & Social Care
Previous management experience in a children\’s residential setting
Experience with PBS and managing challenging behaviour
Full UK Driving Licence
