Location: St. Helen's, UK
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, flexible working required)

Our centre is a secure accommodation and educational facility rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, providing safety and a nurturing environment for young people aged 10-18. Our team of dedicated, qualified staff offer the highest level of care and support, empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this).
- Experience: Extensive management experience within a residential youth care setting.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, person-centred approach to leadership.
