We’re looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our dedicated team, ensure CQC compliance, and deliver person-centred care that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations of care services
• Leading and mentoring a team of care professionals
• Ensuring full compliance with care regulations
• Creating and managing tailored care plans
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and driving service quality

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of CQC and care standards
