Job Title: Recovery Worker Location: Hyde Salary: £23,400 per annum Job Type: Full-Time – Permanent and 6-Month Fixed-Term Contracts Available Shifts: Mixture of Early, Late, Night and Sleep-in Shifts (£75.80 per sleep-in) Are you caring, flexible, and resilient with a passion for supporting others? We are currently recruiting Recovery Workers to join our dynamic supported housing service in Hyde. We have various contract opportunities available, including full-time permanent roles and 6-month fixed-term contracts. Shifts will include a mixture of earlies, lates, waking nights, and sleep-ins (paid an additional £75.80 per sleep-in). About Us We are a 24-hour mental health support service offering both supported housing and community-based outreach. Working within a recovery model, we provide tailored support for individuals aged 18+ with a range of mental health needs. Our services empower people to build independent lives, reconnect with their community, and access work, education, and meaningful activities. The Role As a Recovery Worker, you will: Support individuals to maintain their tenancies and live independently. Collaborate with service users to develop personalised support plans. Help clients build practical life skills – from budgeting to domestic management.
