We’re seeking dedicated Support Worker professionals to join our established care provider, supporting adults with profound learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs within residential and supported living services near Chorley.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice
  • Follow personalised care and support plans
  • Deliver personal care where required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is positive, proactive and passionate about care
  • Has experience in social care (preferred but not essential)
  • Works confidently in a person‑centred way
  • Is flexible between 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday–Sunday
  • Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
  • Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team

Salary of £26,748 per annum with regular reviews.
