Placements & Referrals Coordinator Hybrid Working | £30,000 + Bonus up to 10% | Permanent | 37.5 Hours An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Placements & Referrals Coordinator to join a leading Education & Residential provider. Working alongside Local Authorities, Registered Managers and Head Teachers, you will manage referrals, coordinate placements and ensure children and young people are matched with appropriate services. Key Responsibilities Review and assess referrals from Local Authorities. Coordinate placement opportunities across services. Prepare and issue placement offers. Maintain accurate records and referral databases. Build strong relationships with Commissioners and Social Workers. Monitor placement capacity and occupancy levels. Support placement transitions and onboarding processes. Produce reports and attend placement meetings. Requirements Experience within placements, referrals, admissions or commissioning. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within Children's Services, Social Care, Residential Care, SEND Education or Fostering would be highly advantageous.
