Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Housing Support Worker to support some of Bristol's most vulnerable individuals as they work towards safety, stability, and independence.
About the Role
- Support individuals to move away from rough sleeping, unsafe environments, or personal challenges and help them progress towards long-term, sustainable housing.
- Manage and track referrals from the Local Authority and monitor outcomes for clients transitioning through the service.
- Deliver a high-quality emergency/off-the-street accommodation service for rough sleepers across Bristol.
- Carry out holistic assessments and create tailored support plans based on each client's unique goals.
- Provide person-centred, practical, and emotional support to help clients build independence.
- Offer advice, information, and signposting to essential services, empowering clients to move forward positively.
- Maintain effective housing management across properties and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
