Working Hours: 40 hours per week Role Overview The position involves: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Completing day-to-day repairs. Responding to emergency maintenance issues. Helping ensure the accommodation is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and staff. House provides supported accommodation for up to 123 adult men experiencing homelessness and offers services designed to help residents rebuild independence and stability. What They're Looking For Experience in maintenance, building services, or a similar hands-on role. Ability to manage workload and respond to urgent repairs.
