We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our small registered service supporting two clients. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred day‑to‑day support to help clients maintain their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general day‑to‑day support within the service
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy living environment
  • Offering emotional support and reassurance
  • Supporting clients to engage in activities within the service and the community
  • Carrying out welfare checks and monitoring wellbeing
  • Prompting and supporting with personal care routines and appointments
  • Recording accurate daily notes, observations, and relevant documentation in line with CQC requirements

Personal Care

  • Limited personal care required
  • Occasional support with showering
