Assistant Support Team Leader Location: Lincoln Salary: £13.21 - £13.50 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week + 1 sleep-in every 2 weeks (£62-£64 per sleep) Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Care Career? We're recruiting an Assistant Support Team Leader to join a specialist supported living service in Lincoln, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs. Working alongside the Support Team Leader, you'll help lead a dedicated team, deliver outstanding person-centred support and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the daily operation of the service. Leading and motivating Support Workers. Deputising for the Support Team Leader. Delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Promoting independence, choice and dignity. Supporting care planning and quality standards. Mentoring new staff and role modelling best practice. Maintaining safeguarding and CQC compliance. What We're Looking For Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care. Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or similar. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health or complex needs. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Passion for delivering outstanding care. Flexible to work a 40-hour rota, including weekends, occasional nights and one sleep-in every two weeks. What's on Offer £13.21 - £13.50 per hour. 40-hour permanent contract.
