Location: York Salary: Β£12.60 We are currently seeking dedicated support workers to join our team at our supported living service in York. In this role, you will assist individuals with diverse needs related to Autism and Asperger\’s syndrome. Your responsibilities will include providing support to those who may present challenges, ensuring that each person receives tailored assistance. Key Attributes We Seek: Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various shift patterns, including day and night shifts. Reliability: Consistent attendance and commitment to the role. Dedication: A strong desire to empower individuals to live as independently as possible while developing their skills, independence, and vocational abilities. Support workers will be required to work flexibly across a 7-day rota to meet the needs of the individuals we serve. While full induction training will be provided, prior experience in a similar environment is preferred, as the needs of those supported can be complex.
