Key Worker Role Location: Bulwell, Nottingham Are you passionate about supporting young people in their journey to independence? Join a dedicated team at a cosy two-bedroom property in Bulwell, Nottingham, as a Care Leavers Key Worker. We will support 16-21-year-old care leavers. Key Responsibilities: Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 4 days off. 2pm – 10pm: First Shift 10pm – 7am: Sleep In Shift 7am – 10:30am: Morning Shift to Finish Hands-on role with minimal admin time. Escorting young people to GP appointments. Assisting with cooking, cleaning, and independent living skills. Conducting risk assessments and management reports.Benefits: Casual Dress Code: Relaxed and comfortable work environment. Provided by Us: ID, laptop, and telephone. Hourly Pay: £12.21 Sleep In Pay: £70 28 Days Annual Leave.Qualifications: Experience working with young people. Ability to work independently. Driver desirable but not essential. Commitment to achieving NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (if taken on permanently).Additional Information: At first, a temporary role with the possibility to transition to a permanent position (TTP) later, must be able to commit to at least 12 weeks.
