In partnership with a well-respected, person centred charitable provider I am seeking a Day Service Manager to lead inclusive, person-centred day services for individuals with visual impairments and/or complex needs. This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the day service
- Design and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goals
- Lead and support staff and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards
- Build strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisations
- Oversee budgets and contribute to service development
About You
- Qualified in health and social care, leadership, or service management
- Experienced in supporting people with complex needs
