OFSTED Business Development Manager - Education Services
Hybrid | South Region (Croydon, Surrey & Kent)
Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a background in SEND, specialist education, children's services or commissioning?
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across our portfolio of Ofsted-regulated Education Services.
In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners and SEND teams, drive referrals and occupancy, identify new business opportunities and support the continued growth of our specialist education provision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing Local Authority and commissioner relationships
- Driving referrals, placements and occupancy across education settings
- Identifying new business and growth opportunities
- Managing referral pipelines and conversion activity
- Working closely with operational and school leadership teams
- Monitoring market trends and commissioning activity
- Producing performance reports and growth forecasts
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Business Development, Commissioning, Placements or Account Management within Education, SEND or Children's Services
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and specialist education provision
- Experience working with Local Authorities and commissioners
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially focused with a track record of driving growth
