We are recruiting a dedicated Care Services Manager to lead and develop domiciliary care, respite and community-based services across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery.
- Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop care teams.
- Conduct audits and implement service improvements.
- Manage care planning, risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
- Support service development and operational performance.
About You
- Proven CQC Registered Manager or equivalent senior management experience in domiciliary or community care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or actively working towards it.
- Experience in quality assurance and staff leadership.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to participate in a shared on-call rota.
